Businesses, shares, loans and earnings are fictional. It provides no real investment, banking or financial advice service and promises no real income or investment return.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this game. You confirm this when you register. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete its data. If your country sets a higher minimum age for online services, that age applies; if you are a minor, use the game with your guardian's consent.

Your account

Each player may manage a maximum of 3 accounts. Use a strong unique password; staff never ask for it. A new login may end the previous session; a new tab may deactivate the old tab. Report unauthorized activity to info@tradecapitalism.online; incidents are assessed on their own records.

Rules you must follow

Bots, autoclickers, macros and unauthorized requests used to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited, as is manipulating the client, timers or payment verification. Attacks, service disruption and unauthorized access to other accounts are prohibited. Alternate accounts, collusion, fake listings and resource-feeding networks must not distort rankings or the economy. Legitimate in-game market transactions and bank transfers are allowed. An ordinary trading loss alone is not a violation; context and transaction records matter. Do not repeat an exploit, transfer its proceeds or publish it. Report the time and reproduction steps through Ticket or info@tradecapitalism.online without passwords or payment details. Confirmed illegitimate gains may be corrected. Reporting a bug does not guarantee a reward.

Content you share

Insults, threats, harassment, bullying, hate and discrimination are prohibited. Sexual exploitation, content endangering children, extreme violence and encouragement of self-harm are not allowed. These rules cover chat, messages, articles, avatars and all player-created names. Do not publish another person’s personal data or private messages without permission. Scams, staff impersonation, phishing, harmful links, promotion of illegal goods and spam are prohibited. Report incidents through Ticket; keep personal data out of public areas. Upload only content you have the right to share. You grant a service-limited permission to display and moderate it, not a transfer of ownership. You may share game footage while respecting privacy and third-party rights. Game spaces must not be used for political, ideological or religious campaigning, organizing or recruitment. Advertising parties, movements or organizations, political slogans, and flags, emblems, leader images, names or links used for those purposes are prohibited and may be removed. An identity, language, belief or flag alone is not evidence of support for terrorism. Purpose and context are assessed using the same standards for every player. Content praising, justifying or encouraging terrorist acts, terrorist organizations or violence against civilians, or seeking recruits, assistance or funding for them, is prohibited. Symbols, flags, images, slogans, indirect references and links used for these purposes are included. Serious violations may result in immediate content removal and permanent account closure without prior warning. Repeatedly provoking fights, targeting players or staff, coordinating harassment, repeating inflammatory messages, sabotaging chat or continuing the same dispute after a moderation warning is prohibited. Abusing support with insults, threats, spam or deliberately false reports is also a violation. Depending on severity and repetition, sanctions may include muting, temporary suspension or permanent account closure. Respectful criticism and good-faith appeals alone are not disruption. The rules cover all player-created content, including avatars, biographies, usernames, company, holding and association names, signs, listings, articles, comments, chat and private messages. Staff may remove violating images, reset names or require changes, and hide content. Prior player consent or advance notice is not required to stop an ongoing violation. Previous visibility does not constitute approval or a permanent right to display content.

Diamonds and purchases

Game money, diamonds and in-game assets are virtual values usable only within the game. Symbols such as $ do not represent actual currency balances. A game bank number is not an IBAN and transfers are not real bank transfers. They cannot be cashed out and give no right to real interest or returns. Trading outside official game systems and real-money trading between players are prohibited. Buy VIP, diamonds and other paid content only through official purchase channels. Check the real price, contents, duration and any renewal terms before confirming. Purchases provide only the stated digital content or use rights, not a right to real-world income. The inability to cash out virtual balances does not remove legal rights relating to digital content purchased with real money. Withdrawal, refund and defective-service rights depend on applicable law and the transaction; digital-content exceptions apply only when their legal requirements are met. Contact the store and info@tradecapitalism.online with order details for incorrect charges or missing content. Account sanctions do not automatically cancel all refund rights.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, repetition and impact, sanctions may include warnings, content removal, communication limits, correction of unfair gains or temporary/permanent account restrictions. Protective restrictions may be immediate for ongoing attacks, serious harassment or fraud. VIP does not exempt anyone from the rules. Decisions consider transaction records and context. A shared IP, family connection or single report is not conclusive proof by itself. Reasons are shared where security and third-party rights permit; confirmed mistakes are corrected. Appeal through Ticket or info@tradecapitalism.online with your username, date and transaction reference. Use email if you cannot access your account. Good-faith reports and appeals are not penalized; fabricating evidence is prohibited. Legal remedies remain available. Management and authorized moderators may act under these rules to protect game security, service operation, community order and the rights of players or staff. They may select content removal, communication restrictions, suspension or permanent account closure based on context, severity, repetition and impact. Serious violations or an ongoing concrete risk do not require prior warnings or sequential sanctions; temporary protective restrictions may apply during review. Discretion must rest on specific content and conduct, not personal dislike or identity alone. Purchases and VIP status do not prevent sanctions; mandatory legal rights remain protected. Reposting removed violating content, evading rules through altered spelling or symbols, bypassing mutes or suspensions through other accounts, and encouraging others to violate rules are separate violations and may lead to stronger sanctions. Other accounts may be sanctioned where records establish common ownership and participation in the violation. An appeal does not automatically suspend a decision or permit reposting. Repeated submissions without new information may be combined into one review; good-faith appeals and legal remedies remain protected.

Deleting your account

Use Settings → Delete Account or contact info@tradecapitalism.online. Deletion may permanently remove game progress. Records necessary for legal duties or protection of rights may be retained for the required period. Deletion does not waive consumer rights.

Availability

Maintenance or technical faults may interrupt access. Uninterrupted service or particular game earnings are not guaranteed. Prices, timings and rewards may change for balance. Important changes are announced through appropriate channels; mandatory rights regarding purchased content remain protected.

Limitation of liability

Provider and contact details appear in the Terms and Privacy Policy; contact info@tradecapitalism.online. Turkish law applies without removing mandatory protections in the consumer’s place of residence. Access to competent consumer bodies, courts and other authorities remains available. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded by these rules.

Changes and contact

The current text and date appear here. Material terms changes use the existing acceptance process. New rules do not retroactively turn past conduct into a new violation. An invalid provision does not automatically invalidate the other valid provisions.
