Account Deletion
How to permanently delete your Trade Capitalism account and all of your data.
Delete your account from inside the game
- Sign in to Trade Capitalism.
- Open the Settings page.
- Tap “Delete My Account”, enter your password and tick the confirmation box.
- As soon as the 60-second countdown ends your account is permanently deleted. You can cancel during that time.
What is deleted?
Your username, e-mail address, password hash, language preference, company name, money, businesses, farms, factories, warehouse, cars, trucks, houses, holding partnerships, messages, articles, chat messages and all of your game progress are permanently deleted. Deletion cannot be undone and no refund is given for diamonds you purchased.
What is retained and for how long?
At the moment of deletion your account and personal data are removed from the database. Only the security records kept to detect fraud and abuse (action timestamp and IP address) are retained for at most 12 months and are then cleaned up regularly. Records we are legally required to keep may be retained for the relevant period.
Cannot sign in to your account?
If you forgot your password you can use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. If you cannot access your account at all, e-mail us with the username on the account; once we verify your identity we will delete your account within 30 days: info@tradecapitalism.online
