Sign in with Apple

Sign in with Apple is optional. We use the verified account identifier and the real or private email address you share to create your game account and verify sign-ins. We never receive your Apple password. Authorization tokens are encrypted on the server and are not included in the app. Linking an existing account requires verification with its game password. Deleting your account removes the link and revokes Apple authorization. If a connection fails, the encrypted authorization record is retained until revocation succeeds, and the request is retried.

Data we collect

Account data: username, e-mail address, an irreversible hash of your password (we never store passwords in plain text), company name, language preference and, if you upload one, your profile picture. Game data: your money, businesses, goods, transactions and progress. Content: your chat messages, articles, private messages and support tickets. Purchase records: the diamond pack you bought, the transaction ID, amount and currency (your card or payment details never reach us). Technical data: IP address, session information and activity logs. We do not collect precise GPS location or your address book. Google AdMob may infer approximate location from your IP address. We use the camera only when you choose to take a profile picture. For the advertising identifier used for ads in the mobile app, see the "Sharing" and "Cookies and ads" sections. AdMob may also process device/advertising identifiers, ads viewed and ad interactions, app interactions, crash logs and performance data. Virtual money, assets and debts in the game are not your real financial account information.

Why we process it

We process data for account creation and sign-in, saving progress, purchase verification, security, content moderation and support. AdMob may use data to serve third-party ads, measure advertising performance, perform analytics and improve its technology. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing relies on performance of the contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or separate consent where required. Tracking and permission choices are explained below.

Why we log IP addresses

Every significant in-game action is recorded together with an IP address. We do this only for security: it is how we detect cheating, multiple accounts and account takeover attempts. These records are never used for advertising or profiling. This statement concerns our game security logs. IP addresses collected separately by AdMob may be used for approximate location and advertising.

Sharing

We share account data with hosting and email providers to operate the service and with authorities when legally required. We do not send email addresses, private messages, support correspondence or uploaded content to AdMob for ad targeting. The App Store and Google Play provide purchase verification information; we do not receive card details. Google AdMob may process advertising/device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic data for advertising, measurement and analytics. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed. Security and activity logs are kept for at most 12 months and older entries are cleaned regularly. Purchase records and other records we are legally required to keep may be retained for the relevant legal period for accounting and refund purposes.

Children's privacy

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete the data. Guardians who believe their child has given us data can contact us at info@tradecapitalism.online.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You can exercise these rights from inside the game (Settings → Delete My Account) or by writing to info@tradecapitalism.online. We answer requests within 30 days at most.

Security

Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; sessions are protected with randomly generated keys of which only a hash is kept in the database. Even so, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure; in the event of a data breach we will inform affected players and the competent authorities within the period required by law.

Cookies and ads

Website cookies for sessions, language and form security support game functionality. In the mobile app, Google AdMob may use approximate location and device/advertising data for tracking by linking them with data from other companies’ apps and websites for targeted advertising or advertising measurement. On iOS, this tracking requires Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; accepting this policy does not replace it. Manage permission in device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Any required advertising consent must be obtained separately. Where available in the app, use Settings > Ad privacy options to change preferences; if unavailable, contact info@tradecapitalism.online. Android advertising identifiers are managed in device advertising settings. Refusing tracking permission does not automatically stop all ads or processing for security and basic ad delivery.

Account linkage, visibility and permissions

Email, user identifiers, purchase history, game progress, messages, avatars, articles and support records are linked to your account. AdMob data may also be associated with device or advertising identifiers. Other players can see public profiles, chat and articles. Private messages are intended for recipients and support requests for support staff, subject to necessary moderation and security processing. Accepting this privacy policy does not grant blanket permission for advertising tracking or marketing.

Changes

We may update this policy. For a substantive change you will be asked to accept the new version when you next open the game. Last updated: 14.10.2026.
